Yes you can. We now have an online order form you can email to
us.

Can I request a catalog through email?
Answer:
Yes, we would be happy to send you a catalog. Please type "catalog
request" in the subject line of your message and give us
your name, company name, address and phone number. We would also
like to know what type of business your organization is.
3.Question:
Can I ask technical questions through email?
Answer:
Yes, we would be glad to answer any of your questions. If you
have a lengthy or complicated question, it would be best if you
call our technical service representatives toll-free at 1-800-362-6951.
During the winter months, we may only be able to answer email
questions on Saturdays, so please call us if you have a more
urgent matter.

How quickly will you answer email inquiries?
Answer:
We will normally respond to your inquiries within 48 hours. The
exception will be during the winter months when we may only be
able to answer your inquiries on Saturday.

Do you offer other products that are not featured on your website?
Answer:
Yes. We have a catalog full of many different products available.
Our current website shows a variety of our more popular products.

Why don't you have prices on your website?
Answer:
Because our website is only an informational site, we don't offer
prices at this time.
